Rural Society in China
In this album you will see many people in China who live in rural society. A&S Hive members Dana Rogers and Cheyenne Hohman traveled to Yiwen Chen's hometown in Yongjia, China. The people who live in Yongjia have their own unique ways of living. In the past, their rural society was isolated from the rest of their country because of the mountainous area on one side of the town and the river surrounding the other side (making it more difficult to travel there). However, in the past few years, China has created a high-speed railway system that makes these rural landscapes accessible to travelers. View this album to see the many different foods indigenous to this region, as well as the beautiful landscapes they were grown in.
